I'm truly in awe of you all! It is almost like there are no words for how much I can appreciate you, for being here ∼ like a traveller companion on all of my endevours through this year. I do hope that you feel important - so important that you decide to give yourself something extra in this coming year.

Thank you for all of your support along the way and even if you could not travel with me it just feels like you did anyway. Don't forget now that there is so much more to appreciate in this year to come that it seems like it is still a christmas eve to open up the rest of the packages that you so much deserve.

AUTUMN LUNAR ECLIPSE 2014

It is soon here, our AUTUMN LUNAR ECLIPSE, in fact you might just prepare already for it to turn up since it is scheduled at the 8TH OF OCTOBER 2014. 

You might ask yourself "Is it really that important"? I would say that it depends on what you consider being important is, or as a matter of fact how sensitive you are to sense its effects on you.

Our Moon stands for WATER and as the tides change along with the weather and our planetary system the water within us, also changes. As the water change outward it also changes inside and thus becomes a factor to consider in our daily lives. As the water gather and floods upward we feel it in our system as STIRRED EMOTIONS. So with this background it would be easy to just give it a fling of a notion and carry on. But I do think that we should stop there, right there within that casual thought and take into consideration that it has another part to it, the LUNAR aspect which also is about our unconscious part. Our unconscious part is affected many times over by the great LUNAR entity which also gives so much mystery on a historical basis, we are therefore also caught up in old beleif systems around our beautiful MOON. To keep it simple and not falling into old preconcieved thoughts around the LUNAR ECLIPSE I put together a list for your support: 

A SUPPORTIVE LUNAR ECLIPSE LIST  

  • STAY CALM.
  • STAY OUT OF IMPORTANT MEETINGS AT THIS TIME.
  • TAKE A BATH.
  • MAKE A LIST OF THINGS THAT YOU WANT TO QUIT.
  • FINISH OF THINGS THAT YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT DOING FOR A WHILE.
  • POSTPONE IMPORTANT CONVERSATIONS UNTIL THE ECLIPSE IS OVER.
  • BE GENTLE TOWARDS PEOPLE CLOSE TO YOU.
  • ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING AT THE MOMENT.
  • BE UNDERSTANDING TO YOUR LOVED ONES.

So with this list, I hope that it will support you in some way, I wish you a gentle and calm AUTUMN  LUNAR ECLIPSE!

MIND MATTERS - IT'S OBVIOUS DON'T YOU THINK?

Why do we struggle thinking we can't create whatever we want to create? Many times it is due to lack of perspective or even perhaps more likely, we have adpoted a sense of NOT BEING WORTHY the best things in the world. If I want change in my life, I really don't have to struggle making that change happen. What I do need to to is to get out of my own way of how I think it should come to fruition.

One of my closest friend called me up and had some challenges getting her son into a Montessori school. As a matter of fact, she had previously been turned down by 2 schools already and she was thinking that her options had run out. She was about to leave her ambitions all together before I asked her to just stop for a minute.  One of the greater challenges being faced with a NON WANTED situation is actually OUR SELVES. Because we think in a wired manner, from previous experiences and programming from our surroundings, we have a hard time to extend our thinking and expanding further for a non expected result.
So i COACHED my friend  to take another perspective, allowing herself to look upon different posibillities at hand. In our conversation we turned and questioned beleifs and images for a greater and more allowing scenario to emerge. Before we hung up the phone, it was obvious that she should let UNIVERSE OPEN UP THE FLOW and allowing her to RECEIVE what ever the UNIVERSE had in store for her.
AFTER 2 HOURS she called me up telling me everything was now settled - she had come in contact with a school that welcomed her and her son expecting them to arrive within 2 weeks from now! Did I mention that she also had to move to a new city!

So 2 HOURS AFTER our coaching call, she had MANIFESTED A NEW SITUATION IN HER LIFE!

ART MONACO 2014 ∼ SWEET SWEET MOMENTS CELEBRATION

Bursting of joy and a sense of celebration, it is sometimes hard NOT to share that with other people. I had moments, lots of them during my attendance at ART MONACO 2014 this year. It is a GIFT to be an artist ∼ to be able to share so much of our creations with other people, some might like it other might not, however the opinion of others it is our sense of deep expression that cannot be mistaken for something temporary, because the feeling within us will always be there, even if we try to ignore it. 

So the process of creation has so many angels to it that if it is not tried it is hard to explain. As within YOGA (I recently tried it........and it was GREAT) you have to push your boundaries to exceed your own perceptions on how far you can go, this takes som courage. However if you persist, doing that little task that might scare you or even push you farther, than you yourself could expect then, little by little you will soon see some progress that will IGNITE you fire to take the whole journey through. My recommendation to you is that if you have something that is challenging you ∼ take up something different, from your subject, that for sure will challenge you ∼ DO IT and then take on the desired task that means a lot to you and you will find out that it will be easier to do that specific task. Perhaps one of my articles on FLOW will give you some further insight in the moment of CREATION.

How many times would you say that it is needed to explore another level of truth within self? 
I would say that it is an ongoing exploration in life, perhaps to stay more humble and with a sense of GRATITUDE, that we once again can change whatever part of ourselves that we wish to change ∼ so also in my paintings and ART WORK. 

After a truly challenging and non resting phase of my new art CREATION I headed for ARTMONACO 2014 held in MONACO. It was a gift to be invited at this ART EXHIBITION, which by the media is considered as "the most prestigious and certainly poshest art shows in the French Riviera." 

With so many talented Artists I felt grateful for being selected with my ARTWORK for so many reasons, one was how my ARTWORK was selected by the jury to participate and the other was that it represented the gallery for this year. So all of my hours being in the studio doing THE WORK and letting myself go the extra mile NOT to be caught up in other agendas and staying committed to my INNER VOICE and flow, payed off in an amazing way. It was not always easy - I had times when I struggled with being CLEAR - not trying to look at ART WORK that I had done before, so I had to remind myself WHY ∼ the strongest reason WHY I do this. THE ART WORK is NOT ABOUT ME…………it is all about YOU! 

YOU……...all of you out there, is the REASON why I do ART ∼ it is my strongest contribution to all of you during my time here on earth. If for a second you feel something great coming from being exposed to my ART WORK it then; became my contribution to YOU. So ∼ I hope to see you one day at my next EXHIBITIONS and if you visited ARTMONACO this year and perhaps had a moment ∼ feel utterly FREE to give me a comment or two below.

The notion of a subtle spark

Winter turns slowly into spring, but before we can notice the sparkling fresh spring buds another reminder comes to our notion. As I wrote about VALENTINES DAY last year, I still say the same things this year. 
It is not about searching for a VALENTINE that will make your day. It is not about hoping that someone will notice you enough, so that you can feel good about yourself. It is all about YOU celebrating YOU as your VALENTINE!

Make it YOUR VALENTINE DAY by CELEBRATING yourself the entire day. 
  • Pamper yourself with roses, candles and a present or two. 
  • Make sure that you take time for yourself so that you can recognize how FANTASTIC you are. 
  • Stroll into a CAFE and buy yourself the nicest thing they have and sit down with a piece of paper and pen and list 10 things that you are GOOD AT. Notice if you have any resistance to doing the task and find another way of doing it if it becomes too challenging. 

Before you go to bed that day WRITE DOWN ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU HAVE DONE TODAY THAT FEELS GOOD!

If you have a few VALENTINES in your life ∼ GIVE THEM SOME THOUGHTS and light a nice scented candle for them ∼ I KNOW I WILL (you see …… the woman in the picture is my grandmother, she gifted me with her love, that's why she is one of my VALENTINES).

Christmas Holidays are over, the New Year has begun and everyone has made their lists on achievements waiting to be made this year. You prepare – put in the gear and make yourself ready to push the gas pedal ………..BUT WAIT! Just read this article before you do.

In all due respect, I ask you to take into consideration how we are told to start off the year with LOADS OF ACTION and why it is a MYTH!  Because the WINTER is still here, with all its attributes of snow, ice, cold, stillness and darker days, aspects and attributes around us that we are all truly affected by whether we believe it or not.  

It is NOT the time to put your foot on the gas pedal right now; if you do you might suffer in great amount during months ahead.

WINTER ∼ THE SEASON OF HIBERNATION AND CARE


It is time to REST – and make sure that you live by the BEAR TRUTH – that is, to not take further steps outside your nest until the snow has gone and you can start to notice the green leaves outside.

You might have become INSPIRED, motivated or just reminded of how AWESOME you are through reading my articles here on my INSPIRATION BLOG? Never forget how important YOUR voice is and I welcome your thoughts or post.

Before we go on, we usually talk about how important it is to SET GOALS for the new year, I've decided to put a little spin on the subject in my article "SCREW GOAL SETTING - HEAD FOR INSPIRATION INSTEAD" that you will find here on my BLOG . It might help you with a new perspective on things and most importantly removes some of the stress that all of us can be faced with when our lives are filled with everything new that is waiting to be created.

AUTUMN DEDICATED MOMENTS ∼ WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

When AUTUMN comes to town we are all reminded that another capture of our lived year is knocking on our door, leaving nothing behind to muster and gather as we let our work take us another step on our way. 

If you have been following me you will know that I often take into consideration the FLOW of nature in my work. The most obvious reason for that is that nothing can be more guiding and leading our way as nature. When fall comes all the leaves are shrinking and passing away….they leave us with a dry feeling and so we too enter into the dryness. You might have felt it, everything of your outer aspect dries and urges you to drink more water and protect yourself from AUTUMN WIND that is lurking around the corner. This state will for sure effect your work since all aspects of your being is now in the drying season ∼ so let me just remind you of what might be going on on a more obvious level

  • YOU HAVE PROBLEM SLEEPING
  • YOUR JOINTS ARE NOT FOLLOWING YOU THE WAY YOU'D LIKE
  • YOU HAVE VIVID DREAMS OR VISIONS
  • YOU MIGHT HAVE A CHALLENGE FOLLOWING THROUGH
  • IT TAKES LONGER FOR YOU TO COME INTO A CALM FEELING
  • YOU ARE EASILY TAKEN OUT OF YOUR FOCUS

Well - these are a few of the signs that AUTUMN might take a toll on you and that you are not taking care of yourself on a personal level. NOW is the time to be nice to yourself and to start preparing for the winter that will be the next passage. Did you miss out on MERCURY’s planetary position during the last weeks? A hint for you might be that all of your communication might have gone BEZERK! Perhaps you felt like just throwing out your printer or computer right out of the window – moaning about why everything seemed to go wrong every time you tried to print something or why the computer seemed to have a process going on all the time so that nothing could be done, and you just had 30 minutes to finish off that last report?

So when MERCURY TURNS RETROGRADE it challenges you to be highly precautious about your communication – of all sorts!

This includes:

❤ Verbal Communication
❤ Transport
❤ Electronic Communication 
❤ Agreements
❤ Physical Communication

To avoid getting into the trap of MERCURY RETROGRADE it is best to have an attitude on “non-reaction” to whatever situation that unfolds. Take your time, rest within yourself and put a “HOLD ON” any decision that needs your active involvement (that is IF you can), since every decision that is not fully grounded will likely be something that you will have to come back to again and re-do, why it is more fruitful to wait and DO IT RIGHT the first time.

DID YOU EVER WONDER WHAT BEING PASSIONATE LOOKS LIKE?    

Have you been searching for that MOJO in your life's pathway? How does it feel and what does it look like to be passionate?

I’ve written a few posts on the FLOW, on being connected to that greater part of yourself, but how can you tell that someone is in PASSION MODE?

Just take a closer look at the well-acclaimed Photographer Bill Cunningham from THE NEW YORK TIMES and his work! I saw a documentary on Swedish TV about his life and work. The documentary portrayed a man over his 80s – still going about in NY with his bike and his camera.

BILL Cunningham’s PASSION for beauty is portrayed in every day life in NY and as he is riding his bike; he captures every little shift of influence from all and everyone. From RAGS to RICHES he manages to blend them all together to later on become a footprint in his GALLERY OF THE DAY.

Bill claims his mastery by being able to collect the influences, vaguely appearing to become the next major trend in fashion houses all over. But it is not about fashion – it is homage to BEAUTY – CREATIVITY – PASSION and SOUL.

BILL CUNNINGHAM doesn’t care if you are a celebrity or a nobody, what he is inspired to capture is all about what a creation brings to the world. A TRUE ARTIST that is, to be able to acknowledge ART – INSPIRATION and DARING expression and influence.
