WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER NOT TAKING ACTION THIS TIME OF THE YEAR!
Christmas Holidays are over, the New Year has begun and everyone has made their lists on achievements waiting to be made this year. You prepare – put in the gear and make yourself ready to push the gas pedal ………..BUT WAIT! Just read this article before you do.
In all due respect, I ask you to take into consideration how we are told to start off the year with LOADS OF ACTION and why it is a MYTH! Because the WINTER is still here, with all its attributes of snow, ice, cold, stillness and darker days, aspects and attributes around us that we are all truly affected by whether we believe it or not.
It is NOT the time to put your foot on the gas pedal right now; if you do you might suffer in great amount during months ahead.
WINTER ∼ THE SEASON OF HIBERNATION AND CARE
It is time to REST – and make sure that you live by the BEAR TRUTH – that is, to not take further steps outside your nest until the snow has gone and you can start to notice the green leaves outside.
Don’t underestimate the ACT OF BEING KIND TO YOURSELF – it is most crucial during the hard wintertime. If you picture your self like a frozen branch you’ll know what will happen if you put too much strain on it – IT WILL SNAP! Since everything during this time is frozen the suppleness in all living thing is missing, it has transformed into dense matter and all seeds will hibernate until the spring enters the scene.
The water is needed to make sure that everything is supple; it will moisten and make sure that all nutrients will find their right path through the system. So if you do not tend to your health at this time you are doing a dis service to yourself, which might turn up with a bill in the near future.
Let me present a NEW CONCEPT to you – REST YOURSELF TO SUCCESS! I hear ya ……you might be laughing right now, I know, but there is a great secret in knowing that you could actually be more successful by resting and show a considerate amount of kindness to yourself.
So – HOW DO I BECOME SUCCESSFUL BY RESTING you might ask? Well if you utilize this period right you can prepare yourself to take action when the time comes.
10 THINGS TO DO TO MAKE SURE YOU SURVIVE THE WINTER
❤ Give yourself plenty of REST
❤ Make sure that your exercise is MEDIUM and NOT too strenuous – it might take of your reserves
❤ Drink plenty of water – your kidneys needs the support
❤ Avoid consuming cold drinks – take a cup of tea instead
❤ Take a modest approach to food by not overeating and replace a meal with a warming soup
❤ Try to avoid salty, bitter, hot and spicy food
❤ Expose your sole of your feet in front of the fireplace (if you have one that is) to warm the main kidney point under your feet.
❤ Meditate longer than you usually do – to bring forth your unconscious knowledge
❤ Listen to some nice soothing music from my SOOTHING MUSIC LIST RECOMMENDATION while you rest and replenish.
❤ Go to bed early and read an inspiring book
