CREATORS BLOCK – 5 ACTIONS TO IMMEDIATE RELEASE!
Being a Creator – as we all are – and some of us professionals with a demand, the creative process can sometimes be a torture.
The creation becomes the passage between death and life. In it´s origin that’s what it is – to create something new from something that is NOT!
The mind would rather have a perfect picture beforehand, but if that was the case then the creation part would not have been needed – it would already exist – No use creating something then.

When the mind comes in and wants to know what step to take next, it becomes a controlled process which will leave NO space for the creative part of self to be free – this is a space in which many Artist find themselves – and thus taking away that block with outside tools – like alcohol, drugs or other actions that will create a false release for the time being.
Many of us have a romantic picture of the Artist – however all those tricky passages that consists of new creation always seems to be lost in the romantic image.
It is like looking at the GLAM models, forgetting about all the work it takes to look FAB. It takes quite some cash to do your hair, fixing your nails, have the perfect weight, the most fashionable clothes and so on. What do we SEE? We see the END result of many decisions/actions and perseverance.
PLAY IT RIGHT – GET THE CREATION STARTED ∼
When you enter into the Creation room, which has a blank canvas – it often has an anxiety effect on you. The blank surface is demanding and might also be a relief. If you find it to be too demanding try to use some of these steps to loosen up the flow:
5 STEPS TO START THE PROCESS OF BREAKING THE CREATORS BLOCK!
❤ Upon entering the creative room, bear in mind that this moment is NOT the FINAL! Looking at that blank canvas or paper use your physical hands to break the pattern of white/blank. This is the first step to break loose from perfection.
❤ Take a brush, your hands or a pencil and make the first move on the surface.
❤ Stroke the surface with lines or just pencil movements
❤ Take a colour whichever and make a mark
❤ Take a pencil and write whatever that comes to you
❤ Write down ideas on POST IT paper (different colours is FAB) and place them over the blank paper.
❤ Put on some UPBEAT music to get your energy going – Dance, Sing and move as long as it takes for you to get your pulse going.
❤ Meditate for a while before entering into the Creative process
❤ Take a long walk, in the nature, and observe what comes to you, an inspired though or perhaps an image that has a deeper meaning to it.
❤ Take a FULL day off as an INSPIRATION DAY – into the town and collect inspiro moments. Collect whatever you find appealing and let it inspire the next process. ENJOY THE DAY WITH A CELEBRATED COFFEE, TEA OR SOME OTHER JUICY INDULGING CHOKOLADE!
