KEEP UP THE LIGHT AND GOOD FEELING FOR 2022
Many of my friends talk about how they feel run down and weary without any reason for it to be so. I think that we all can relate since mankind is subjected to something that we never have been witnessing before.
How do we enter another year of uncertainty? I guess the most supportive answer is to decide how you approach whatever comes at you. Make sure you choose wisely to what you are listening to, who accompanying you on your journey of life. Pay attention to whom you are at friendship with and make sure that they have a positive outlook on life, because it is all about energies that will determine how you end up feeling.
ACTIVATING MY CHEMICALS
My New Year’s resolution this year is all about ACTIVATING MY CHEMICALS and being CREATIVE.
If you have knowledge about your chemicals it is easier to forging the path ahead, so let me contribute by giving you the scope of how you can active yours:
DOPAMINE ~ the reward chemical
- Complete a task
- Doing self care activities
- Eating some food
- Celebrating your little wins
OXYTOCIN ~ the love hormones
- Playing with dog/cat
- Playing with a baby
- Holding hands
- Hugging someone
- Giving someone else a compliment
SEROTONIN ~ the mood stabilizer
- Be in the sun
- Walk in nature
ENDORPHIN ~ the pain relief
- Laughing exercises
- Essential Oils
- Eating dark chocolate
You could design a program that makes sure that you activate all of these chemicals every day and soon you will find yourself at a much better space than before. Most of all be kind and loving to yourself with much patience since everything that we think we have to achieve already is ~ you are here…………..nothing else needs to happen!
